• When will my workflows be ready?

  We process most requests for new workflows in just two days, and often, less. More complex automations can take longer.

• How do I get started?

  Once you've subscribed, you'll receive access to our client portal where we maintain your automation universe. That's it! You can request new workflows or edits to existing ones. If anything is unclear, we'll reach out.

• Who is doing the work?

  We 30+ years of combined experience working with or for software/tech startups, you're in good hands. We've distilled our expertise into freeing up headspace for our clients, using automation.

• Is there a limit to how many automations I can request?

  Once you've subscribed, can add as many requests as you want and we'll work on them one. You can also re prioritize requests in your queue to reflect changes in your needs.

• How does pausing work?

  We know that sometimes other things get in the way or you may not need enough work to fill up a whole month. This is why we allow you to pause your subscription and resume where you left off, later on. For example, you may need some automation done for the first week, then pause and resume the subscription whenever you're ready to continue where we left off.

• How does it work for larger automations?

  We break them down into smaller pieces and work on the automation until it's done. You'll receive updates every 24-48 hours on our progress and intermediate outputs, where possible.

• What automation software do you use to build and run the workflows?

  Our very own Task Force engine! We've surveyed what's out there and the only way to offer the quality of service at this price was to build on our own experience versus a third-party solution.

• What if the automation doesn't do exactly what I wanted?

  Where possible, we provide a preview of sample inputs and outputs of each automation we make so you can review it. But if something is off, no worries! We'll revise it until it's doing exactly what you wanted.

• Are there any automations you don't support?

  Yes! We don't support any kind of automation that requires a browser or scraping large amounts of information, whether public or gated content.

• Can I use AI in my workflows?

  You sure can, but we cannot be held responsible by the quality of the output, which will vary on every run, even for the same inputs.

• Are there any refunds?

  Due to the high quality nature of our work and the expertise required to build and run workflows and the consistency to keep them running, there will be no refunds issued past the first week of a subscription or for completed work.

• Can I use Task Force for one month only?

  Sure thing! We offer a maintenance plan at $199/mo which will keep all your workflows running. When you require more automations or changes to your existing automations, you're welcome to restart your subscription.
